WALKING TOUR OPTION 1
Berlin Highlights
Starting at the Reichstag, the German Parliament Building this tour focuses on 20th century history. We will cover the Weimar Republic, the rise of facism, World War II, Berlin during the Cold War and finish with the story of German reunification at Check Point Charlie, a former border crossing at the Berlin Wall.
On this tour you will see: The Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, the site of Hitler´s bunker, an original piece of the Berlin Wall and Checkpoint Charlie.

WALKING TOUR OPTION 2
Third Reich Tour
Starting at the Reichstag this tour focuses on the history of Nazi Germany and WWII. Starting at the Reichstag we will discuss the fall of the Weimar Republic and Hitler´s rise to power, we will visit holocaust memorials and finish with a walk through the governent quarter, the Nazi center of power.
On this tour you will see: The Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate, Memorial to the Murdered Roma and Sinti, a Soviet War Memorial, The Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, the site of Hitler´s chancelory and bunker (destroyed), Josef Göbbels´ Propaganda Ministry (still standing), Herman Göring´s Air Force Ministry (still standing) and the remains of the headquarters of the SS and the Gestapo.

WALKING TOUR OPTION 3
Old Berlin
On this tour you will see some of the beautiful sights the city has to offer. We cover the beginnings of Berlin and how it went from a small village to the capital of Prussia and eventually Germany.
On this tour you will see: The Berlin City Palace, Museum Island (UNESCO site), the Berlin Cathedral, Unter der Linden, Humboldt University, Frederic the Great’s statue, the State Opera House, Bebelplatz, and Gendarmenmarkt with it´s twin French and German Cathedrals.

WALKING TOUR OPTION 4
The Berlin Wall
This tour takes us along the 1 mile long Berlin Wall memorial at Bernauer Straße.
Starting just outside the Nordbahnhof Train Station we will cover the events that led to the construction of the Berlin Wall in 1961 as well as its fall in 1989. We will discuss life in East Germany and West Berlin, escape tunnels and tragic deaths at the wall.

On this tour you will see: a 70 m long original stretch of the Berlin wall including the death strip, a ghost station, the church of reconciliation, a guard tower and relics of the neighborhood destroyed to make room for border fortifications.

WALKING TOUR OPTION 5
Urban Nation and Berlin Street Art
A walk through the streets of Berlin-Schöneberg where the walls have been turned into an outdoor gallery by the Urban Nation Street Art museum. On this tour we will talk about Berlin unique Urban Art history and an ever growing scene.
Among others you will see pieces by Berlin sprayer crew 1UP, Nils Verstergard, Shepard Fairy and Vhils.
